Looking at

it would be justified to have a separate tag for exclusion zones, but it
would need additional tagging to specify the nature of the exclusion zone.
This is not reflected in the Wiki tag description.

The tag used in the examples is military=exclusion_zone, whereas it has
been documented as access=exclusion_zone. The tagging makes sense in my
eyes, but the wiki needs bringing in line.
