Yeah it's pretty easy to get wikidata data. Warning though; the data
in Wikidata is not all CC0 licensed. You never know where the data
came from they are not as strict about these things as OSM is.

I remember having been to restaurants here in Brazil where the food
that is served as all you can eat is not exactly the same as the one
you may order from a regular menu. Not far from my home there is a
restaurant that serves 3 cuisines at different times of the day

I would like to discuss one little detail in the opening_hours syntax. It is
about facilities which do not have a open time specified (only a closing time).
So I created a short proposal:

Good evening again
Another thing I would like to discuss in the opening_hours syntax is about
selecting single holidays (PH and SH).

I've never seen a business have a closing time specified without an opening

Dear all,
thank you very much for your feed-backs. The main discussion was on

at least a large part of it). These days a planetarium is probably for
enjoyment/entertainment (suggesting leisure=planetarium).

One example would be a restaurant near my house, which has a sign painted on
the building, advertising breakfast hours as - 11:00 AM. There is a blank
space on the sign where you would expect a starting time. I suspect that this
means that the opening time varies, but breakfast always stops

I think amenity=planetarium is perfectly reasonable. A planetarium is a
place that resembles a theater but the show involves models of the
planets and/or the stars universe. If OSM can have an amenity=brothel
tag, we can certainly have an amenity tag for planetaria, which are in my
opinion
