Eugene, yes, it must be ODbL (ODbL + CC0 = ODbL), I just need to figure out
how to modify the Wikidata's own SPARQL editor interface to specify the
proper license. Thing is, I am still looking for a good home for this
service with a proper URL, because this machine is an experimentation
server.
Please clarify the license of this combined database and any data returned
from a SPARQL query. I assume any data returned is under ODbL since it
contains data derived from the OSM database. But this is not indicated
anywhere in the Query Service and is not included as metadata in the

proposal. One thing that has come up the the voting comments was about
the key that has been choosen. Rjw62 has proposed to use raither
language:name= and that seems reasonable also to me. In the
