[Tagging] Places for rent for personal events

Hi, is there a tag for places that are specifically for rent to organize social events, private or public (parties, birthdays, etc.)? In Brazil they have a name (ex Casa do Sol) with an indication for their use (casa de eventos, literally house of events). Sincerely, Severin
