I am not sure. Once I get around to it I am sure I can find out by contacting
the right people. I think they are also registered as gravestones by the

make a whole new tag for it, and I really don't see how it's too tedious to
map this way (plus adding something like hgv:lanes:forward=no|designated
for the situation).
