Thank you for noting. Former projects are linked from the bottom of the page.

I only see a single link there, and that one using a language mostly
unreadable for the majority of OSM contributors

(which is sort of an accessibility issue of its own :o )

I would at a minimum have expected to see a reference to

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Disabilities

somewhere on the page.

This is the wrong list for such kind of discussion, talk...@openstreetmap.org
would have
been a better choice.

This list is about tagging in general (the left side of tag=value mostly), and
not about specific tag value choices on specific objects

Re: [Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - dog toilets

2017-01-30 Thread Hartmut Holzgraefe
I'm torn between dog_toilet and pet_toilet, but probably more towards
dog toilet.

I think I've only seen two dog toilets so far, one in my home town,
and one during a trip to Brussels ...

While I can sort of imagine other pets to be sufficiently potty
trainable I can't think of any that would come in large enough
numbers to justify dedicated toilet areas, and even if there
are some in areas of the world the number is probably sufficiently
small to justify separate amenity=petX_toilet tags without sub
tagging ... (I also can't imagine different species using the
same potty area)
