From the pictures, I would characterise these places as indoor playgrounds,
and if they are rented, tag them having a fee, thus:

leisure=playground
indoor=yes
fee=yes

You might also check if amenity=community_centre fits for your venues.

Please avoid the component 'kids' in tags, since it is informal slang and
formally means 'young goats'.
