In many countries a pharmacist can recommend and sell certain medications
without the patient needing to see a physician, so they are both a retail
business + a healthcare service.

I propose to deprecate the recently-created tag healthcare=pharmacy, which
was added as a preset in one editor application about 2 years ago, and
therefore is often automatically added
