I would err on tagging it anyway, but make it known when/how non-members
can access it if it's actually an issue. There seems to be a propensity
for locating these in old railway stations or buildings that look like old

But I think closed clubs don't need to be tagged - only clubs that have
regular opening hours to the public (be it an open house once per 3

Subtagging tourism=attraction seems reasonable to me, such as
