Why would it depend on the case? The building tag is about buildings and the
landuse tag about landuse, so
Currently there is not a clearly established tag for a warehouse or
distribution centre, other than landuse=industrial.
The buildings can be mapped as buiding=warehouse, and the landuse is
landuse=industrial (+ industrial=distributor or industrial=warehouse)
