tags like natural=sand and surface=sand already cover sand-related u
There are some 500 landuse=sand in the data base. This is not good.
Some of these are tagged together with golf=bunker and
leisure=playground .. those should be tagged with surface=sand.
Some are the only tag on the way and should be re-tagged natural=sand.
