In Belgium banks are closed on public holidays, even some special ones like July 11 (only Flemish part). Bakeries on the other side are typically open on Sundays and public holidays. Even when the public holiday falls on their usual closing day. Butchers are closed on Sundays and PHs, but

Hello Robin, thanks for referring to the previous discussion. Seems I had missed that. As a "global" default won't work due to the arguments mentioned, how about making it easier for the data consumers? We still face the problem that a lot of opening hours are incompletely specified. So
