I have jrun 4.0 (61650).
I have download jakarta-taglibs-standard-20040223.zip.
When the server start I get this error:

[2]jrun.jsp.compiler.JRunTagLibraryInfo$InvalidTLDElementException: The
tag function on line 14 is not a valid TLD
Actually JRun 4.0 is J2EE 1.3 certified which implies JSP 1.2, not 2.0.
You'll want to use JSTL 1.0 instead of 1.1.
