Hi, As far as I know there has been no discussion about who will be the RM for Tails 4.9, so I'll apply our default rule that it will be kibi. Tails 4.9 is scheduled to be released on 2020-07-28.
This will be a bugfix release. Manual testers, please report whether you are available for testing on 2020-07-28 (and possibly the day before) to kibi privately.
