bugfix/unsafe-browser-vs.-FF24 fixes #6479 (Unsafe Browser cannot
connect to the Internet) for me. Please review'n'merge into testing
and devel. Depending on how we reschedule 0.22 or not, this will go
into 0.22 or 0.22.1.
