[Tails-dev] Browser Bookmarks Persistence Bug

When saving bookmarks to the “Unsorted bookmarks” category, occasionally a bookmark moves from “Unsorted bookmarks” to “Bookmarks menu” when I reboot. I think that this has been a bug in Tails for a long time and I can reproduce the problem on a consistent basis.
