Hi, boyska and I decided to postpone the release a bit, to give us time to fix a regression identified this morning. So here's the new plan. I am confident we won't have to change it again, but who knows.
Code changes for 5.11 must be either merged into stable, or clearly ready to be merged, by Saturday, 11:00 UTC. I plan to go through most of the release process on Saturday afternoon. I expect images will be ready to test around Saturday, 17:00 UTC. @nodens and @moire: please let me know how much manual QA you can do between Saturday, 16:00 UTC, and Monday, 11:00 UTC. @FT: please book time to do manual and automated QA on Monday morning (and afternoon, for segfault). And then I'll publish the release on Monday around 16:00 UTC.
