I just noticed* how easy it is to report this spam to the sending
e-mail provider using SpamCop (spamcop.net); all you need is to
disable all report addresses which were triggered by the
"https://mailman.boum.org/listinfo/tails-dev"; link, as boum.org is
obviously not the origin of this spam.
If multiple people report it, it might cause an automatic blacklist
entry on the SpamCop blacklist to be created, and maybe the provider
is more likely to understand that this is actually unsolicited bulk spam.
The provider can easily inform SpamCop that this issue has been dealt
with, so that no further reports will be sent. Providers which do not
want to receive this kind of reports can also easily opt-out, so we
won't be sending abuse reports to people who would be annoyed by them.
Even if you decide not to report this spam now because I already did
so, I hope this might be an useful resource for reporting further spam.
