I am on Windows, have created the 2 USB sticks. I launched Tails, arrived
at Boot Tails screen, but cannot get any further. I have tried the
troubleshooting steps of:
* Failsafe mode - resulted in no change
* Remove the quiet option and type "debug nosplash" - resulted
