Disclaimer: I haven't read the entire thread and I don't have exact details. I was at ZendCon last week and one of the presenters on Ajax stuff used a PHP/Ajax script that allowed him to change the slides in everyone else's browser as they followed along with the presentation. I don't remember

Thanks everyone for a good discussion on this thread. I've decided to go ahead and build this myself, because I just haven't been able to find anything like it, and I believe I can write it well enough to suit my needs: simple support for real-time slide presentations with only a web browser.
