Hi, folks.
After the update of Windows 10 to the Anniversary version, when I hit
the windows key, then arrow down to my most used list, I hear the
programs that I expect to hear. However, I am no longer hearing "has
jump list".
Has anyone else experienced this?

I was able to make it work removing the insert layout. I
tried using the capture key option and tapped in the key combination
ctrl-shift-r. Seems to work fine now.
