Andre, I've only taken a cursory glance at this so take it for what it's worth. There is very basic mouse support within NVDA. But there are a couple mouse add-ons available. One is vMouse. But on the home page it says it supports Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1. So I don't know if it will work
