Yeah, some of the pronunciations that the vocalizer voices do can be a bit odd,
but I still like them a lot better than Eloquence. my only complaint with the
vocalizer voices is that there seems to be a very slight delay what is that
between touching the key and getting speech. That’s one thing
I know what you are speaking of, but don’t have any good answers.
You could ask Vispero tech support about this if you haven’t done so already.
They probably think everybody wants the maximum speed. You can get the effect
of some pauses by turning on punctuation.
Another possibility is to try
I hope you can get a response of better quality. I unfortunately can’t help
you, because while I do use JAWS these days, I almost exclusively use the
Vocalizer Expressive voices.

few months ago, and received no satisfactory suggestions on the issue,
and the attitude I was faced with was more or less learn to live
