Assuming these are incoming messages you are reading that you wrote, turn off 
message virtualization.
>From the message list, press alt-shift-v to toggle.

The long way is, control-backslash, alt-a, o, o, enter, down arrow, enter, 
escape.

Hi: I create messages in Outlook.

Even if I max the window they wrap which is not how I sent them.

They also have blank lines between lines, perhaps as a result of periods or
something, which I do not have in the message when I composed and sent it.

Anyone else having these problems and is there a setting or work-around so
they are formatted the way I create them?
