Hi, Go to the devices/synthesizers item in the settings tree of the Window-eyes control panel. Tab to the synthesizer list. If you continue to tab you should find a list of sound cards. See if it is set to default. This should work in most situations. You can try selecting other cards in the list.
Are the voices that are not carrying over to the TV SAPI voices?
