There should be two IE Enhance entries in the app manager: IEEnhance.exe
and IEEnhance.vbs. The exe should be running and the vbs should be
stopped. This is normal.
By default apps check for updates automatically every time they are
loaded. But you can check manually from within the

I would suggest you remove Word '10 and upgrade to word '16. It works very
well with WE 9.2 and higher.
