Yusuf, I don't have any experiencing using EndNote with a screen reader. But, the manufacturer did create a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) that describes the level of accessibility support EndNote provides per Section 508 standards. I read through the VPAT and the document claims that the majority of the application is compatible with screen readers but that there are some exceptions.
