Hello Jed, I was seemingly having various issues with Window-Eyes on my Windows 7 laptop as well. I did something dumb and had to have the Geek Squad at Best Buy re-install everything - Windows 7, Office 2010, Kaspersky Antivirus, and so on. I installed from CD WE 9.0 and then downloaded WE 9.3.1. My laptop and WE are fast as lightening now. Web pages, very complicated ones, load instantly. My issues all have gone away, except those directly related to Microsoft software itself.
