Talking of Outlook 2010, how can the programme be made to display the
BCC field when writing a message. Also, is there a hot key to open this
field rather than having to tab to it?

the mixer?
Also, you may need to create a rule to play a sound on all incoming messages.
I recall I did create a little demo on creating rules for you a while back.
