I have windows 7 and Outlook 2013, but I would guess the steps are the same
for this.  There is a Window-Eyes hotkey control-alt-a.  If you press this
with your email message open, you can tab to several options which includes
save.  Just follow the prompts and select the folder you wish the
attachments to be sent to.
