Actually, make sure WE does not start on the login screen or when
Windows starts up. I got into that loop with it. In any case you may
need to reinstall it.

On one machine I did not remove it, it got into a loop when it rebooted
and I had to totally blow my seven away and install ten. To be safe,
I'd uninstall window-eyes.
