I recently received an error report from a user of HotWind (thank you). The user is unknown to me, so I'll just let this list know that the problem has now been fixed. The problem was that I was making use of a feature added to Window-Eyes 8.4, and the user was using 7.5. I was able to re-work the program so as not to use this newer feature. What I should have done was to include a test on the version of Window-Eyes, and display a dialog if it was not sufficiently late enough. HotWind is an app which allows you to assign a hotkey to an open window, so that if you have a lot of open windows at once, and you'd like to be able to quickly change to a specific window, you can do so by pressing the assigned hotkey (I find this much better than taking the time to alt-tab through all my open windows trying to find it, especially if it's a window whose title changes (such as Outlook)).
