I agree with what you're saying, David, but with one exception. I have always kept my apps to an absolute minimum and run very few. But the WE Diag app does have it uses beyond sending reports. It has the ability to refresh accessibility libraries and repair the Windows 10 display driver.

Hello Tom. When I click on the "details" button there is often nothing under the details button. Other times saying that a problem occurred during start up preventing Window-Eyes from working. I am using the latest Window-Eyes and Windows 10, exactly the same system you are using. I
