I believe there is a special uninstall error on the FS site. In any case you 
will have better response on the jfw users list on this  I believe the video 
mirror needs to be removed.

It might be that you are using the WindowEyes cursor instead of the mouse 
cursor. Try clicking the minus sign on the numeric keypad and see if that makes 
a difference Also, I understand that Windows 8 and Windows 10 make it harder to 
implement the mouse cursor functionality as part of increasing security and 
efficiency..

This sounds like a job for adobe reader. The acrobat product is aimed for PDF 
document design, creation in modification. And excess ability community, it is

I know nothing aboutWinAmp or its associated window eyes tools. Could you give 
me exact keystroke used to initiate a preset? It is possible the app is playing 
with the settings of echo.

Does the table of contents show up as a list of bookmarks too? Some combination 
of f6 and control tab  or else going into the view menu should give you a left 
panel of bookmarks list. If the Table of Contents was generated in a PDF 
correct way then it should be in the list of bookmarks.

Google by default saves a cookie to allow auto-login into any of your accounts. 
There is a checkbox after the SignIn button to disable this.
