You're brilliant. That worked! I just press CTRL+Home, and then I can read the
message that was not reading on opening it. I can either do read all with
CTRL+SHIFT+R or just arrow line by line down.
I thought I had accidentally discovered this myself when first encountering the
problem and looking for a work around. But it was sometimes working and
sometimes not. However, I have just tested it again and it worked as you said.
Thanks so much as it now shows the Mail program can be used with WE. Sometimes
people say something is not accessible with a certain screen reader when it
actually is.
