I want to mention a problem and hope that some lister has a solution.
I am communicating by email with a company. When they email a response to my inquiry, there is a line which says "type your response above this line." The problem is that window-eyes will not allow me to move the cursor above this line. This is true both in Thunderbird and in Windows Live Mail. Also, this is not peculiar to Window-eyes. Jaws behaves the very same way. I haven't tried NVDA.
I am therefore writing to inquire as to whether there is a solution to this problem. If so, please tell me about it. Thanks.
