Dave Ramsey, who has a radio show about getting out of debt, has a website
called Every Dollar dot com. This site helps you make a budget and stick to
it. Would someone please go to the site and see if it is accessible? I went

They have problems with their certificate -- it has been revoked, so I
would not go there without contacting them and telling them. Maybe that
is causing your problem, not sure.
