Thanks for everyone’s help. I couldn’t delete a file from Windows Explorer, but had to delete the DOS file name from the command prompt.

I am trying to delete an undeletable file. The fix suggests going to the command prompt by clicking Start and typing cmd. If I do that, I am in the search box of the Start Menu which really doesn’t help. Should I go to the Run dialogue?
