Hello Occasionally in Word 2010, styles are read after their paragraphs instead of before them. I correct this by reloading Window-Eyes via Ctrl + Alt + W; it usually corrects the problem.
However, three times so far, a reload crashes the system and a continuous high pitched squeal is heard. Only a power off works to recover. P.S. Occasionally window-Eyes says "balloon window"; how do you read and close that window?
