Hi: I sent a complete message about 2:00 this afternoon but I havent seen it hit the list so: If you are familiar with IE Tools and settings try and report the results: Open Internet Explorer Browser; Under the Tools menu click Internet Options then highlight the Advanced tab and put a checkmark in front of "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering and click ok. I did this and tried Internet explorer and it crashed again but this time the (atiumdva.dll) Was the culprit. I ReBooted and tried again and on one webpage I did a read to end on a article and mid article I heard windowEyes stop for a second, about of 1 second of what sounded like music or an add and then WindowEyes continued reading the article like nothing happened. After that I went through several pages and articles with no more crashes and WindowEyes seems to be reading much faster and responsive now. I dont know if this is a fix or not but if you know what I am talking about try it out and post up if it fixes your problems. Rick USA
