latest version Nod 32 question

Hello list, I'm using version 8.0 of Nod 32 and it keeps wanting me to upgrade to the latest version. It seems to me that there was a complaint on the list that the next version was not accessible. I'm wondering if this still holds true or has it been corrected? Thanks for any help,
