I came across these locally whilst looking in JOSM for something else. http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/87480616#map=18/45.47153/-75.51310 Is there a tool to look for duplicate house numbers that are very close? I suspect an import of some type but more importantly is the problem of cleaning up.
