Por lo que veo no hay nada, no queda otra que inventar el tag. Supongo que
hay
importante cartografiar las cuadras que los
numeros de puertas, ya que conociendo los números de cuadras es facil
ubicarse y encontrar un número de puerta.

Como comentario, en JOSM se pueden editar varios tags al mismo tiempo, asi
que si elegis muchos de estos nodos y les pones el addr:street se hace
simple implementar el esquema.
