Hello!

Firstly, my name is Mark and I'm a student at the Georgia Institute of
Technology. I'm new to OpenStreetmap and OSRM, so I'm not sure if this is the
right place to post my question. (I may have accidentally sent this email
twice, so I apologize if I've inadvertently double-posted).

I am interested in using OSRM's API, which I'm told is what OpenStreetMap
references, to compute travel times between a large number of points in a map
provided by OpenStreetMap for a project.

However, I was wondering anyone is familiar with what factors OSRM takes into
account during this calculation. Namely, does OSRM take into account different
traffic conditions and levels of congestion during the day (at least on main
arterial roads) when computing travel times?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best,

Mark
