[OSM-talk] Maritime boundary missing. How to fix?

The Island of Mauke appears to be missing a 12nm boundary around it making it part of the Cook Islands. See the map:   https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=11/-20.1527/-157.2356  Are these 12nm boundaries automatically created or do they require manual
