[OSM-talk] Moving few meters some OSM/SHP file

Hi, is there any program GUI or command line that allows me to move all the nodes of a OSM/SHP file few meters in any direction N/S/E/W ? I've tried JOSM but I need to do it manually sellecting all the nodes and moving with SHIFT+arrows Best regards. __
