Does someone know if there is some sort of relationship between OSM and
Garmin?
The reason I'm asking is that
1) as you may know OSM is the only good enough map (data) for Haiti that
e.g. makes routing possible -- now or in the foreseeable future (and most
probably beyond).

Just to clarify (so others don't need to reply on that):
I do know of the OSM-Garmin coversion tools as well as the ready-made
downloads that are available from various places. My personal BIG thanks in

I'm not aware of any relationship between OSMF and Garmin.
I've had two people tell me that their new Garmins arrived with
