I noticed that the OSM Planet files are running about three weeks behind. I
assume this is due to the license switchover. Any updates on the next release?

I'm trying to export the OSM planet to a Postgres DB
in my LAN, but I get the error message seen in the attached screenshot

- osm2pgsql running on
Windows XP, 3GB RAM

OpenStreetMap is growing ranging from mappers to developers ,users etc .
There is a section called User Diaries in openstreetmap.org .
Why cant we have something called OSM planet . I.e using planet to
integrate already existing blogs from users and make a feed out of it
.
