Isn't the overpass line script only looking at route relations ? There is a relation for this subway, but the operator is STM (not stm)... See: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/2996848 and also http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/270251 Some cleanup may be needed there...
