Subject should be "State of the Map 2008 Invoice", size should be around 5-15
KB as it doesn't have any attac

All invoices have a subject line of "State of the Map :: Invoice".
I'm beginning to suspect that some small percentage of emails are not
getting delivered. I'm going to start doing some investigation from this
end and see what the logs say.
